📅 Weekly Breakdown

Week 1 – Kitchen Safety & Knife Skills
Learn how to safely navigate your kitchen, identify key tools, and master essential knife techniques, including chopping, slicing, and dicing. You'll put your skills to use in preparing a fresh chopped salad and a simple stir-fry.

Week 2 – Basic Cooking Methods
This week covers the core cooking techniques: sautéing, boiling, and roasting. You'll gain experience preparing pasta with sautéed vegetables and classic roasted potatoes.

Week 3 – Sauce Making & Simple Proteins
Discover the fundamentals of sauce making — including tomato-based, cream-based, and pan sauces — and learn how to cook basic proteins like chicken or tofu. We'll create a full plate with a sauce, protein, and rice pilaf.

Week 4 – Plating & Final Meal
In the final class, you’ll learn plating techniques to make your dishes visually appealing and prepare your customized grain bowl using everything you've learned from knife cuts to sauces and protein preparation.
