19th- Teen Gluten-Free Essentials 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Gluten-free baking and cooking doesnât have to be complicated or boring! In this hands-on class designed just for teens, weâll cover the basics of gluten-free ingredients and techniques. Together, weâll explore the most common gluten-free flours and how they work, simple swaps for everyday cooking, and tips for keeping recipes flavorful and fun. Then, weâll make a tasty gluten-free dish right in class, giving teens practical experience they can take home to their kitchens.
