Step into The Kitchen Lab, a 3-day culinary camp where tweens and teens, aged 12–15, dive deeper into cooking and baking techniques, flavor exploration, and creative kitchen challenges.

This camp goes beyond the basics, focusing on real skills, recipe building, and confidence behind the cutting board and the oven door. Campers will learn how to use proper knives, follow more complex recipes, balance flavors, and experiment with their twists on classic dishes.

Each day includes a structured cooking challenge, a baking segment, and time to plate and present dishes like a true young chef.

What’s Included:

  • Advanced hands-on skills (knife work, sautéing, flavor pairing, baking science)

  • Daily themed recipes and team challenges

  • A published cookbook to bring home and create more memories

Fee: $175 per series (refund policy below)

Series Dates: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm

All class purchases are final sale. While we do not offer refunds, we understand that plans can change. If you’re unable to attend a class, you may transfer your payment toward a future class, provided you notify us at least 48 hours in advance.

  • No refunds or credits will be issued for no-shows or cancellations made less than 48 hours before the class.

  • Class credits are valid for future Cooks & Books classes only and are non-transferable to other services or individuals.

  • If the instructor needs to cancel the class, a refund will be issued.
